Attorney Jon Worthman of Alliance, NE; ethical misfit

The state of Nebraska presented Jon Worthman with a law license in 1994 after he graduated from the University of Nebraska Law School.

Disciplinary Counsel found Jon guilty of the following misconduct.

• Commingled client funds with personal funds
• Failed to deposit advance fees into client trust account

As a consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Nebraska Supreme Court punished Jo by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. February 2016), Jon practices with the Worthman Law Office, PC, LLO at 207 East Fifth Avenue in Alliance, Nebraska.
