Attorney Edouardo Zendejas of Omaha; slacker

The state of Nebraska presented Edouardo Zendejas with a law license in 1991.

Disciplinary Counsel found Eddy guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to file post-conviction action on client’s behalf for 2 years even though the client had paid him $14,000 in advance fees
• Failed to fully cooperate with disciplinary agency (Up Yours, said Eddy!)
• Failed to refund client $11,300 in timely manner as he promised to do
• Violated his oath of office as an attorney

As a consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Nebraska Supreme Court punished Eddy by gifting him with a complimentary 1-year suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. February 2016), Eddy practices at 1026 South 32^nd Street in Omaha, Nebraska.
