Attorney Michael Anderson of Concord, NH; girlfriend batterer, serial drunk

 

The state of New Hampshire presented Michael E. Anderson with a law license in 1966 after he graduated from Boston College Law School.

 

The Board of Bar Overseers found Mike guilty of the following misconduct.

 

In one matter ,Mike was convicted in Concord District Court of one count of Obstructing Report of a Crime or Injury. The criminal complaint stated that Mike knowingly committed the crime of obstructing the report of a crime or injury by removing the phone away from Patricia Murphy while she attempted to call the police during a domestic disturbance.

 

Subsequently, Mike was found guilty and received a suspended prison sentence and a $1,200 fine. The suspended prison sentence was conditioned on Mike’s successful completion of domestic violence counseling. It was rumored that Mike chose to receive counseling at the Mel Gibson Domestic Violence Institute located in Beverly Hills, California.

 

In a second matter, Mike was arrested and charged with driving while intoxicated. He was subsequently released on a $1,2000 personal recognizance bond.

 

A third matter took place three weeks after he was arrested as for driving while drunk as aforementioned. In this case, Mike was arrested and charged with (1) Obstructing Report of Crime or Injury, (2) Simple Assault, (3) Endangering the Welfare of a Child, (4) Aggravated Driving while Intoxicated, and (5) Driving while Intoxicated.

 

Subsequently, Mike was convicted of four of the five aforementioned crimes. Mike was later sentenced to a six-month suspended jail sentence on the condition that he behave and stop assaulting his girlfriend.

 

As a consequence of his misconduct his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Professional Conduct Committee punished Mike by gifting him with complimentary 6-month suspension of his law license.

 

As we speak (ca. June 2016), Mike practices at 20 Montgomery Street in Concord, New Hampshire.
