Attorney Leigh Bosse of Hillsborough, NH; ethical gremlin

 

The state of New Hampshire presented Leigh D. Bosse with a law license in 1975 after he graduated from Western New England University Law School.

 

The Board of Bar Overseers found Leigh guilty of the following misconduct.

  • Failed to cooperate with ethics investigators (Up yours, said Paulie!)
  • Engaged in conduct seriously reflecting on fitness to practice
  • Misconduct involved selfish and dishonest motives
  • Engaged in conduct involving fraud, deceit, dishonesty or misrepresentation
  • Signed client’s name to listing agreement w/o client’s authority or knowledge
  • Failed to maintain personal integrity [What’s New?]

As a consequence of his misconduct his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Professional Conduct Committee punished Leigh by gifting him with complimentary 2-year suspension of his law license.

 

As we speak (ca. June 2016), Leigh practices in Hillsborough, New Hampshire.
