Attorney Robert Morgan of Claremont, NH; serial offender

The state of New Hampshire presented Robert I. Morgan with a law license in 1989 after he graduated from Suffolk University Law School.

The Board of Bar Overseers found Bobby guilty of the following misconduct.

  • Failed to cooperate with ethics investigators (Up yours, said Bobby!)
  • Failed to communicate with client
  • Failed to keep client informed of status of legal matter
  • Failed to explain matter to extent necessary to allow client to make informed decisions

As one would suspect, this wasn’t Bobby’s First bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree. He previously received one (1) complimentary reprimand, one (1) complimentary censure, one (1) two-year suspension and seven (7) warnings for engaging in a variety of misconduct.

As a consequence of his misconduct his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Professional Conduct Committee punished Bobby by gifting him with complimentary 3-month suspension of his law license for his 11th bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree.

As we speak (ca. June 2016), Billy practices with the Law Office of Robert I. Morgan, PLLC at 160 Broad Street in Claremont, New Hampshire.
