Attorney Jeffrey Slavin of Cleveland; liar, Dumbo, ethical dwarf 
The Ohio Supreme Court made an error in judgment when it provided Jeffrey Foster Slavin with a license to practice law in 1974.
In 2008, the Cleveland Bar Association filed an ethics complaint against Slavin and in May 2009, the Ohio Supreme Court found Slavin guilty of the following misconduct in his so-called handling of a personal injury case he agreed to file on behalf of a client (unfortunate dupe).
Missed the statute of limitations (statutory time limit) for filing the personal injury lawsuit on behalf of his client
Tried to conceal his ignorance and i
 ncompetence by falsely telling the client the claim had been settled
Now folks, ya gotta be one big time Dumbo to miss the last date for filing a personal injury claim in Ohio or any other state for that matter. The time limit in Ohio is two (2) years from the date the client incurred the alleged injury.
If an incompetent attorney such as Jeff the Dumbo was incapable of comprehending this simple math, then he could have opted to give the Watchdawg a call and after utilizing my trusty abacus, I’m sure I could have figured it out for him.
After the Supreme Court ruled that Slavin was guilty of conduct involving fraud, deceit and dishonesty, it punished him by gifting him with a complimentary six (6) month suspension of his law license.
As we speak (ca. Jan 2011), attorney Jeffrey Slavin is practicing his brand of law out of an office located at the Standard Bldg in Cleveland.
Take my advice if you live in the Cleveland area and avoid this certified loser.
