Regrettably, the Ohio Supreme Court gifted Todd Brenner with a license to practice law in 1991.
 
In July 2009, the Ohio Supreme Court found attorney Todd Brenner guilty of the following egregious misconduct:
  1. Concealed fees received from two clients from his law firm
  2. Submitted false (fabricated) expense claims to his law firm
  3. Induced his firm to write checks to his own personal creditors under the false pretense that the payments were being made on behalf of clients
The Court found that Brenner was guilty of engaging in conduct involving fraud, deceit, dishonesty, and conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice.
 
For his egregious misconduct which clearly involved multiple acts of fraud (de facto criminal conduct at a minimum), the enablers on the Supreme Court punished attorney Todd Brenner by gifting him with a one year suspension of his law license.
 
If any of y’all live in the Columbus, Ohio area I would strongly suggest that you avoid seeking any legal assistance from this certified loser and ethical gimp.
