Today’s “Moron” Award Winner

This isn’t the first Award presented to Johnny. In the past, he has been the recipient of two (2) Awards in various categories and the subject of one (1) opinion piece. Those awards and opinion piece are listed at the end of this article and can be viewed by going to the listed categories.

Shortly after Donald Trump released a list of his Supreme Court nominees if he wins the White House, Celebrated Moron and Right-Wing Lunatic, John Yoo claimed to be thrilled at the list. In fact, an unreliable source indicated that Johnny’s giddiness led him to believe he was experiencing an organism.

This is the same John Yoo that gave legal advice to the Bush Administration that President George W. Bush had the constitutional authority to order that prisoners could be tortured even though such conduct was prohibited by the Geneva Convention.

It is clear to anyone with an I.Q. in the high nineties or triple digits that Trump’s list is made up solely of right-wing ideologues who would be more than happy to cast votes doing away with any of and/or all of the following:

• Overturning Roe v. Wade 
• Declaring Obamacare unconstitutional
• Declaring religious right to discriminate against LGBT community
• Overturning marriage equality ruling
• Making it illegal for unions to collect dues

It may well be that Johnny is kissing up to The Donald in hopes that if he wins the presidency he’ll nominate Johnny for a seat on the 10^th Circuit Court of Appeals in San Francisco. Or if he’s really, really lucky, The Donald will nominate him for a seat on the United States Supreme Court.

Congrats Johnny; keep up the good work! We should let everyone know of your amazing record as one of Americas Least Appreciated “Moron’s”; you are far too humble.
