Attorney Ralph Peppard of Omaha; ethical dwarf

The state of Nebraska presented Ralph E. Peppard with a law license in 1980 after he graduated from Creighton University Law School.

Disciplinary Counsel found Ralph guilty of the following misconduct.

In one matter, Ralph found it acceptable to simultaneously represent parties who he absolutely knew had conflicting and adverse interests in the same or similar transaction.

As a consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Nebraska Supreme Court punished Ralph by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand. 

As we speak (ca. February 2016), Ralph practices at 500 South 18^th Street in Omaha, Nebraska.
