The state of Nebraska presented Timothy E. Sopinski with a law license in 1997.

Disciplinary Counsel found Timmy guilty of the following misconduct.

• Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice
• Engaged in conduct adversely reflecting on fitness to practice law
• Neglected legal matter entrusted to him
• Failed to cooperate with disciplinary agency (Up Yours, said Timmy!)
• Violated his oath of office as an attorney
• Failed to provide competent representation (moron)

As a consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Nebraska Supreme Court punished Timmy by gifting him with a complimentary 60-day suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. February 2016), Timmy practices with the Dodge County Attorney’s Office at 435 North Park Avenue in Fremont, Nebraska.
