Attorney William Richards of Grand Ledge, MI; convict

The state of Michigan presented William B. Richards with a law license in 1978.

The Tri-County Hearing Panel found Billy guilty of the following misconduct.

In one matter, Billy pled no contest (guilty in effect) in the 56-2 District Court to the criminal offense of Telephone Harassment.

As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Michigan Supreme Court punished Billy by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. May 2016), Billy practices at 307 West Scott Street in Grand Ledge, Michigan.
