Attorney Thomas Richardson of Sterling Heights, MI; idiotic thief

The state of Michigan presented Thomas B. Richardson with a law license in 1983.

The Tri-County Hearing Panel found Tommy guilty of the following misconduct.

  • Neglected a legal matter
  • Charged excessive fees for services of minor nature (thief)
  • Paid himself fees w/o prior court approval
  • Failed to provide competent representation (idiot)
  • Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
  • Failed to communicate with clients
  • Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice
  • Engaged in conduct involving fraud, deceit, dishonesty or misrepresentation

As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Michigan Supreme Court punished Tommy by gifting him with a complimentary 30-day suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. May 2016), Tommy practices in Sterling Heights, Michigan, which is a suburb of Detroit.
