Attorney Richard Rosenberg of Ferndale, MI; ethical leprechaun

The state of Michigan presented Richard E. Rosenberg with a law license in 1982 after he graduated from the University of Detroit Law School.

The Tri-County Hearing Panel found Dick guilty of the following misconduct.

  • Failed to cooperate with ethics investigators (Up yours, said Dick!)
  • Failed to respond to client inquiries
  • Failed to appear for settlement conference re: discrimination suit
  • Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice
  • Violated or attempted to violate Rules of Conduct by knowingly assisting or inducing another to do so, or doing so through the acts of another

As a consequence of him misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Michigan Supreme Court punished Dick by gifting him with a complimentary 30-day suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. May 2016), Dick practices at 23211 Woodward Avenue in Ferndale, Michigan, which is a suburb of Detroit.
