Attorney James Rostash of Monroe, MI; ethical leprechaun

The state of Michigan presented James J. Rostash with a law license in 1961 after he graduated from Wayne State University Law School.

The Tri-County Hearing Panel found Jimmy guilty of the following misconduct.

In one matter, Jimmy found it acceptable to enter into an agreement with another person or persons to improperly to affect the

judicial assignment of a criminal case in a manner contrary Michigan Court Rules, by accepting an association as co-counsel so as to

take advantage of the perpetual disqualification of a certain judge to have a case which was duly and properly assigned to that

judge removed to the docket of another judge with a reputation of imposing more lenient sentences.

As a consequence of him misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Michigan Supreme Court punished Jimmy by gifting him with a complimentary 90-day suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. May 2016), Jimmy practices at 23 Washington Street in Monroe, Michigan, which is about 30 miles north of Toledo, Ohio.
