Attorney Richard Carey of West Palm Beach, FL; ethical dwarf

The state of Florida presented Richard Brian Carey with a law license in 2009 after he graduated from the University of Pittsburgh Law School. 

The Florida State Bar found Dick guilty of the following misconduct.

In one matter, Dick failed to adequately represent a client in a case to negotiate a settlement of a lien with a mortgage company. Complainant subsequently resolved the lien.

As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Florida Supreme Court punished Dick by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. May 2016), Dick practices with the Carey Law Group PA at 1401 Forum Way in West Palm Beach, Florida.
