Attorney Austin O’Toole of Boston; ethical leprechaun

The state of Florida presented Austin Scott O’Toole with a law license in 1991 after he graduated from Suffolk University Law School.

The Florida State Bar found Austin guilty of the following misconduct.

In one matter, Austin was guilty of contempt for his failure to pay plaintiffs the funds he had received from his client. He also failed to disclose a conflict of interest between him and his client and failed to explain them to his client.

As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Florida Supreme Court punished Austin by gifting him with a complimentary 90-day suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. May 2016), Austin practices with the Law Offices of Austin S. O’Toole PC at 18 Tremont Street in Boston, Massachusetts.
