Attorney Scott Sawtelle of Orange City, FL; druggie

The state of Florida presented Scott F. Sawtelle with a law license in 2002 after he graduated from the Thomas M. Cooley Law School. 

The Florida State Bar found Scott guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• January 2015 arrested/charged for possession of drug paraphernalia
• March 2015 arrested/charged with drug possession and related felony drug violation

As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Florida Supreme Court punished Scott by gifting him with a complimentary 91-day suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. May 2016), Scott practices with the Principal Law Group at 200 East Graves Avenue in Orange City, Florida.
