Attorney Drew Humphrey of Klamath Falls, OR; ethical misfit

The state of Oregon presented Drew A. Humphrey with a law license in 2007 after he graduated from Willamette University Law School.

The Oregon State Bar found Drew guilty of the following misconduct.

• Communicated with person represented by counsel
• Failed to obtain consent of wife’s attorney to discuss financial matters pertaining to Drew’s personal divorce

As a consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Oregon Supreme Court punished Drew by gifting him with a complimentary stayed 60-day suspension of his law license.

In truth, the comedians sitting on the Oregon Supreme Court didn’t mete out any meaningful punishment to Drew.
