Attorney Kimberly Teal of Orangevale, CA; ethical dwarf

The state of California provided Kimberly P. Teal with a law license in 1983 after she graduated from the University of Pacific McGeorge Law School.

The California Bar Court found Kim guilty of the following misconduct.

In one matter, Kim admitted that she issued two insufficient funds checks (rubber) from her client trust account, one of them to pay personal expenses, an act involving moral turpitude, dishonesty or corruption.

As a consequence of her misconduct the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Bar Court punished Kim by gifting her with a complimentary 30-day suspension of her law license.

Because Attorney Misfits in California are held to a much lower standard of conduct then everyone else, Kim was never criminally charged with writing bad checks.
