Attorney Adolfo Ojeda-Casimiro of Duvall, WA; ethical misfit

The state of Washington presented Adolfo Ojeda-Casimiro with a law license in 2000 after he graduated from Seattle University of Law School.

The Washington State Bar found Adolfo guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to safeguard client funds
• Failed to maintain required trust account records

As a consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Washington Supreme Court punished Adolfo by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.
