Today’s “Bigot” Award Winner

This isn’t the first Award presented to Rush. In the past, he has been the recipient of twenty-eight (28) Awards in various categories and the subject of seven (7) opinion pieces. Those awards and opinion pieces are listed at the end of this article and can be viewed by going to the listed categories.

During a recent (mid-April 2016) airing of his daily radio comedy show, Rush decided to feign outrage at the issue of LGBT rights and North Carolina’s discriminatory laws. Towards that end, Rush the bigot told his intellectually infirm listeners:

• “If you want to use -- I'm assume you're 35, 40, just doesn't matter, and you're on a playground somewhere and you see a 5 year old girl and you want to take her to the bathroom, we're not supposed to say a word about that today.”
• ”Because you're exercising your freedom of choice, you're presenting and feeling like a woman that day, so that's none of our business. And we're not supposed to say anything.”             

The Bigot continued with his rant by saying:

• “So states said this is outrageous, this is ridiculous, and they have written legislation to stop it.”
• ”And lo and behold, major institutions in corporate America are now promising and threatening boycotts to pull out of these states, and the people writing this legislation are being called bigots and sexists and racists.”
• “How in the hell did this happen? When things like this happen, we’re not in the middle of culture war. This is the sign we [bigots] have lost.”

Of course Rush’s disgusting statements are only made to play to his bigoted followers.

And lastly, what can we do when or if Rushbo descends onto a playground or playgrounds in his neighborhood for the purpose of scouting for little boys? 

Congrats Rush; keep up the good work! We should let everyone know of your amazing record as one of Americas Least Appreciated “Bigots”; you are far too humble.
