Attorney James Walker of Miami; idiotic slacker

The state of Florida presented James A. Walker with a law license in 1980 after he graduated from Vanderbilt University Law School.

The State Bar of Florida found Jimmy guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Failed to provide competent representation (idiot)
• Failed to explain matter to extent reasonably necessary to permit client to make informed decisions regarding the representation

As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Florida Supreme Court punished Jimmy by gifting him with a complimentary 30-day suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. April 2016) Jimmy practices with the Law Offices of James A. Walker PA at 7700 North Kendall Drive in Miami, Florida.
