Attorney Andy Treusch of Deland, FL; serial liar

The state of Florida presented Andy Treusch with a law license in 1985 after he graduated from Southwestern University Law School.

The State Bar of Florida found Andy guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to timely file advertisement with Standing Committee on Advertising
• Made false and misleading ads about legal services he provided
• Revealed nature of client’s legal problem on outside of mailed advertising
• Made deceptive or unfair communications about services being offered

As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Florida Supreme Court punished Andy by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. April 2016) Andy practices with Treusch Law PA at 1535 Rambling Oaks Lane in Deland, Florida.
