Attorney George Ollinger of Melbourne, FL; thieving repeater

 

The state of Florida presented George Edward Ollinger with a law license in 1977.

 after he graduated from the University of Detroit Law School.

 

The State Bar of Florida found George guilty of the following misconduct.

 

George’s 1st bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree

  • Charged excessive fees (crook)
  • Failed to prepare/execute and retain closing statements
  • Failed to properly supervise office staff
  • Failed to promptly pay funds owing to clients
  • Misapplied funds held for specific purpose
  • Prior reprimand
  • Failed to properly supervise office personnel
  • Improperly delegated work to non-lawyer

As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Florida Supreme Court punished George by gifting him with a complimentary 90-day suspension of his law license.

 

George’s 2nd bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree

  • Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
  • Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice

As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Florida Supreme Court punished George by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

 

As we speak (ca. April 2016) George practices with the Ollinger Law Firm at 100 Rialto Place in Melbourne, Florida.
