Attorney Paul Friedman of Miami; thieving loser

The state of Florida presented Paul D. Friedman with a law license in 1978 after he graduated from Miami University of Law School.

The State Bar of Florida found Paulie guilty of the following misconduct.

• Charged or collected illegal/clearly excessive fee (thief)
  Failed to explain matter to extent reasonably necessary to permit client to make informed decisions regarding the representation
• Participated in offering or made an agreement in which a restriction on his right to practice was part of the settlement of a client controversy

As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Florida Supreme Court punished Paulie by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. April 2016) Paulie practices with Friedman & Frost PL at 1111 Brickell Avenue in Miami, Florida.
