Attorney Paul Weich of Phoenix; thief, repeat offender

The state of Arizona presented Paul M. Weich with a law license in 1991 after he graduated from Arizona State University Law School.

The Arizona State Bar found Paulie guilty of the following misconduct.

Paulie’s 1^st bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree

• Failed to communicate with client
• Failed to return client phone calls
• Misconduct involved multiple offenses
• Took little or no action on client’s matter
• Failed to perform any work on client’s real estate matter
• Failed to refund unearned fees (thief)
• Failed to return client papers after being terminated
• Failed to cooperate with ethics investigators (Up yours, said Paulie!)
• Engaged in a pattern of misconduct

As a consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders of Attorney Misfits sitting on the Arizona Supreme Court punished Paulie by gifting him with a complimentary 1-year suspension of his law license.

Paulie’s 2^nd bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree

• Engaged in a pattern of misconduct
• Received fees lawfully belong to creditors in bankruptcy matter
• Negotiated client check and failed to forward funds to clients
• Failed to cooperate with ethics investigators (Up yours, said Paulie!)

As a consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders of Attorney Misfits sitting on the Arizona Supreme Court punished Paulie by gifting him with a complimentary 2-year suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. April 2016), Paulie practices at 4802 East Ray Road in Phoenix, Arizona.
