Attorney David Ackley of Barcelona, Spain; thieving loser

The state of Florida presented David Edwin Ackley with a law license in 1996 after he graduated from Boston College Law School.

The State Bar of Florida found Dave guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Entered into illegal fee agreement with client
• Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice
• Charged or collected illegal/clearly excessive fee (thief)

As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Florida Supreme Court punished Dave by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. April 2016) Dave practices in Barcelona, Spain.
