Attorney Margaret Anderson of Starke, FL; slacker

The state of Florida presented Margaret M. Anderson with a law license in 1982 after she graduated from the University of Florida Law School.

The State Bar of Florida found Margie guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice
• Engaged in conduct unlawful or contrary to honesty and justice

As a consequence of her misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Florida Supreme Court punished Margie by gifting her with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. April 2016) Margie practices with the Law Office of Margaret B. Anderson at 1011 North Temple Avenue in Starke, Florida.
