Attorney Allen Smith of Winter Haven, FL; ethical gremlin

The state of Florida presented Allen Ross Smith with a law license in 1974 after he graduated from Florida State University Law School.

The State Bar of Florida found Al guilty of the following misconduct.

• Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice
• Failed to comply with rules regulating trust account
• Failed to conduct monthly trust account reconciliations

As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Florida Supreme Court punished Al by gifting him with a complimentary 90-day suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. April 2016) Al practices in Winter Haven, Florida.
