Attorney Louis Caggiano of Moorestown, NJ; lying loser

The state of New Jersey provided Louis N. Caggiano Jr. with a law license in 1981 after he graduated from Widener University Law School.

The Disciplinary Review Board found Louie guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Failed to keep client informed of status of matter
• Engaged in conduct involving fraud, deceit, dishonesty or misrepresentation
• Failed to explain matter to extent reasonably necessary to permit client to make informed decision regarding the representation
• Engaged in gross neglect
• Made misrepresentation (lied) to client

As a consequence of his latest misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Disciplinary Review Board punished Louie by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. April 2016) Louie practices with Sherman Silverstein Kohl Rose & Podolsky at 308 Harper Drive in Moorestown, New Jersey.
