Bill O'Reilly says, Blacks Ill-educated and have Tattoos on their Forehead

During a recent airing of his daily comedy show “The O’Reilly Factor,” which airs on the Fox News Comedy Network, resident comedian and congenital liar Bill O’Reilly felt it was time to once again go after African-Americans.

During an interview with Donald Trump, Billy told his intellectually destitute viewers:

• “How are you going to get jobs for them?”
• “Many of them (wink, wink) are ill-educated and have tattoos on their foreheads and I hate to be generalized about it but it's true.”
• “If you look at all the educational statistics, how are you going to give jobs to people who aren't qualified for jobs?”

Moreover, how many Blacks has Billo actually seen up close wherein he could discern they had tattoos on their forehead?

Billo didn’t disclose the gender of the blacks that he claimed were tattoo laden. Therefore, its possible that Billo was engaged in having an affair with…  I’ll leave it to your imagination to determine what in the hell’s going on here.

If being truly qualified for a job was a prerequisite (means requirement Jethro), Billo would likely be relegated to working as a greeter at his local Walmart Supercenter Store.
