The state of Connecticut provided Frederick P. Devine Jr. with a law license in 1982 after he graduated from Western New England College School of Law.

The Statewide Grievance Committee found Freddy guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Failed to communicate with client regarding settlement
• Failed to advise client of probate court decree
• Failed to safeguard client funds
• Failed to promptly disburse funds owning to client

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the patron saints for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Statewide Grievance Committee punished Freddy by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.  

As we speak (ca. April 2019) Freddy practices with the Devine Law Firm at One Exchange Place in Waterbury, Connecticut.
