The Delaware Supreme Court found Sammy guilty of the following misconduct.

  • Failed to provide competent representation (moron)
  • Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
  • Knowingly disobeyed rules of a tribunal
  • Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice

  • Failed to cooperate with ethics investigators (Up yours, said Sammy!)

As a consequence of his misconduct, the patron saints for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Delaware Supreme Court punished Sammy by gifting him with a complimentary 7-month suspension of his law license.
