Attorney Patrick Lord of Harrisburg, PA; cheerleader for Crooked Attorneys

The state of Pennsylvania presented Patrick Charles Lord with a law license in 1997 after he graduated from the University of Pennsylvania School of Law.

In one matter, Charlie was a member of an Attorney Disciplinary Panel that reviewed a law license reinstatement application submitted by attorney Marlene Joseph who was convicted of one count of mail fraud and two counts of tax evasion and subsequently sentenced to 366 days in prison.

After donning a pair of Industrial Strength Knee Pads, Patty voted in favor of the reinstatement of Marlene the Felons law license. Patty agreed with the laughable proposition that Marlene was basically an upstanding citizen who would make the Pennsylvania Bar proud if she were reinstated.

Apparently, Patty is of the opinion that Marlene had a constituitional right to earn a dishonest living practicing law in Pennsylvania.

Thanks to Patty and those of his ilk, the good citizens of Phildelphia are burdened with having yet another convicted felon practicing law in their area.

As we speak (ca. Janaury 2019), Patty practices his brand of law with the Pennsylvania Department of Education at 333 Market Street in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania.
