The state of Missouri presented Edgar Edward Lim with a law license in 1975.

The Office of Disciplinary Counsel found Eddie guilty of the following misconduct.

• Improperly withheld client funds
• Disclosed confidential client information
• Falsely implied he was involved in a partnership
• Used information detrimental to former client

As a consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on Disciplinary Counsel punished Louie

by gifting him with a complimentary 6-month suspension of his law license.
