The state of Missouri presented David B. Lacks with a law license in 1966.

The Office of Disciplinary Counsel found Dave guilty of the following misconduct.

• Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice
• Engaged in a conflict of interest

As a consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on Disciplinary Counsel punished Louie by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.
