Attorney Donald McKinnon of Eufaula, AL; ambulance chaser

The state of Alabama presented Donald Joseph McKinnon with law license in 1969 after he graduated from Vanderbilt University Law School.

The Alabama State Bar Association found Donnie guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to assure employee abided by Attorney Code of Conduct
• Improper solicitation of clients (ambulance chasing)
• Requested/urged current clients to solicit new clients

As a consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Judicial Misfits sitting on the Alabama Supreme Court punished Donnie by gifting him with a complimentary 45-day suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. April 2016), Donnie practices in Eufaula, Alabama.
