Attorney Robert Tankel of Dunedin, FL; lying loser

The state of Florida provided Robert Leon Tankel with a law license in 1982 after he graduated from the University of Florida Law School. 

The Florida State Bar found Bobby guilty of the following misconduct.

• Made false statement of material fact or law to third person
• Engaged in conduct involving fraud, deceit, dishonesty or misrepresentation

As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Florida Supreme Court punished Bobby by gifting him with a complimentary 15-day suspension of his law license.
