Attorney Robert Dees of Pensacola; ethical misfit

The state of Florida provided Robert Anthony Dees with a law license in 2002 after he graduated from Florida State University Law School.

The Florida State Bar found Bobby guilty of the following misconduct.

In one matter,Bobby facilitated a telephone call in which a client agreed to pay $10,000 in back child support payments if his former wife would drop pending felony charges against him.

Bobby’s client also said he would “not remember any damaging information” about his former wife if he were deposed in a pending medical malpractice case.

As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Florida Supreme Court punished Bobby by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. April 2016), Bobby practices with Robert A. Dees PA at 1620 West Garden Street in Pensacola, Florida.
