Attorney David Wilks of Wilmington, DE; idiotic slacker

The state of Delaware presented David E. Wilks with a law license in 1989 after he graduated from Penn State University Law School.

The Delaware Supreme Court found Dave guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to provide competent representation (idiot)
• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Failed to communicate with client
• Engaged in conduct involving fraud, deceit, dishonesty or misrepresentation

As a consequence of his misconduct, the patron saints for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Delaware Supreme Court punished Dave by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. April 2016), Dave practices with Wilks Lukoff & Bracegirdle LLC at 1300 North Grant Avenue in Wilmington, Delaware.
