Attorney Alexander Rosenberg of Merrick, NY; serial tax cheat

The state of New York presented Alexander Peter Rosenberg with a law license in 1974 after he graduated from the Boston University Law School.

The Departmental Disciplinary Committee found Alex guilty of the following misconduct.

In one matter, Alex filed to file New York State personal income tax returns for five (5) consecutive taxable years, a class A misdemeanor, a criminal offense to which he has pleaded guilty.

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Departmental Disciplinary Committee punished Alex by gifting him with a complimentary 1-year suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. February 2017), Alex practices at 2810 Lindenmere Drive in Merrick, New York.
