Judge David Ray of Brookfield, NY; moronic loser 

The state of New York Commisssion on Judicial Conduct found Dave guilty of the following misconduct.

In one matter, Dave convicted defendants in code violation case without holding a trial or having the defendants enter a plea, thereby violating their due process rights

Apparently, Dave is of the opinion that “due process” is the means by which the grass becomes moist in the am.

As a consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Judicial Misfits sitting on the Commission punished Dave by gifting him with a complimentary admonition.

As we speak (ca. April 2016), Dave continues to sit as a Justice of the Brookfield Town Court, Madison County in Brookfield, New York.
