Attorney John Traficonte of Watertown, MA; lying loser

The state of Massachusetts presented John Traficonte with a law license in 1983 after he graduated from Harvard University Law School.

The Board of Bar Overseers found Johnny guilty of the following misconduct.

• Accepted fees w/o knowledge/consent of clients in class action case
• Harmed client with agreement Warner-Lambert
• Engaged in a conflict of interest
• Accepted secret fee re: class action matter
• Made misleading statements to his clients (lied)
• Settled clients’ claim w/o authority to so act

As a consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Board of Overseers punished Johnny by gifting him with a complimentary 1-year suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. April 2016) Johnny practices at 10 Mount Auburn Street in Watertown, Massachusetts.
