Attorney Mark Vajdik of Chicago; ethical gremlin

The state of Illinois presented Mark Anthony Vajdik with a law license in 1992.

The Illinois Registration and Disciplinary Commission found Mark guilty of the following misconduct.

  • Neglected six different client matters
  • Referred client matter to another attorney w/o client’s consent
  • Allowed employee to solicit legal business on his behalf

As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Illinois Supreme Court punished Mark by gifting him with a complimentary 1-year suspension of his law license.

As we speak (April 2016), Mark practices at 3200 North Lake Short Drive in Chicago, Illinois.

CAUTION:  Mark does not carry legal malpractice insurance
