Attorney Miles Green Jr. of Charleston, SC; convicted druggie

The State of South Carolina presented Miles Lavan Green Jr. with a law license in 1995 after he graduated from Washington & Lee University Law School.

Disciplinary Counsel of the South Carolina Supreme Court found Miles guilty of the following misconduct.

In one instance, Miles was arrested in DeKalb County, Georgia and charged with driving under the influence of methamphetamine.  He pled guilty as charged and was sentenced to twelve months in prison, suspended upon service of one year of probation.

In a second instance, Miles was indicted 2-years later for possession of methamphetamine. He subsequently plead guilty to disorderly and a suspended sentence of one year imprisonment was imposed

In a third instance, Miles was arrested in Pickens County, South Carolina and charged with driving under the influence of drugs and possession of methamphetamine.

As a consequence of his misconduct, the Patron Saints for Attorney Misfits sitting on the South Carolina Supreme punished Miles by gifting him with a complimentary 9-month suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. March 2016) Miles practices 1878 Boone Hall Drive in Charleston, South Carolina.
