Attorney William Gorski of Lexington, SC; moronic loser

The State of South Carolina presented William F. Gorski with a law license in 1995 after he graduated from the University of Akron Law School.

Disciplinary Counsel of the South Carolina Supreme Court found Billy guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to provide competent representation (moron)
• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Engaged in conduct tending to pollute the administration of justice
• Failed to keep client informed re: status of legal matter
• Engaged in the improper division of fees
• Failed to expedite client litigation
• Failed to cooperate with ethics investigators (Up yours, said Billy!)
• Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice

As a consequence of his misconduct, the Patron Saints for Attorney Misfits sitting on the South Carolina Supreme punished Billy by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. March 2016) Billy practices with the William F. Gorski Professional Corp. at 205 West Main Street in Lexington, South Carolina.
