Attorney Randolph Frails of Augusta, GA; idiotic loser

The State of South Carolina presented Randolph Frails with a law license in 1998 after he graduated from the University of Georgia Law School.

Disciplinary Counsel of the South Carolina Supreme Court found Randy guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to provide competent representation (idiot)
• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Engaged in the illegal practice of law while license suspended

As a consequence of his misconduct, the Patron Saints for Attorney Misfits sitting on the South Carolina Supreme punished Randy by gifting him with a complimentary 60-day suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. March 2016) Randy practices with Frails & Wilson LLC at 211 Pleasant Home Road in Augusta, Georgia.
