Attorney Dean Porter of Mt. Pleasant, SC; idiotic loser

The State of South Carolina presented Dean Douglas Porter with a law license in 2000 after he graduated from the Case Western Reserve University Law School in Cleveland, Ohio.

Disciplinary Counsel of the South Carolina Supreme Court found Dean guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to provide competent representation (idiot)
• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Commingled client funds with personal funds
• Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice
• Engaged in conduct reflecting on fitness to practice law

As a consequence of his misconduct, the Patron Saints for Attorney Misfits sitting on the South Carolina Supreme punished Dean by gifting him with a complimentary 90-day suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. March 2016) Dean practices with the Porter Law Firm LLC at 1156 Bowman Road in Mount Pleasant, South Carolina, which is located in Charleston County.
