Attorney William Toler III of Atlanta; lying loser

The state of Georgia presented William Henry Toler III with a law license in 1991 after he graduated from Wake Forest University Law School.

The Georgia State Bar found Billy guilty of the following misconduct.

• Lied to trial judge that he was a sole practitioner
• Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice
• Held in contempt of court

As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Georgia Supreme Court punished Billy by gifting him with a complimentary 12-month suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. March 2016), Billy practices at 2451 Cumberland Parkway in Atlanta, Georgia.
