Attorney Brace Luquire of Columbus, GA; repeat offender

The state of Georgia presented Brace W. Luquire with a law license in 1983 after he graduated from the Atlanta Law School.

The Georgia State Bar found Brace guilty of the following misconduct.

Brace’s 1^st bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree

• Engaged in conduct involving fraud, deceit, dishonesty or misrepresentation
• Knowingly made a false statement of law or fact
• Failed to cooperate with ethics investigators (Up yours, said Brace!)

As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Georgia Supreme Court punished Joey by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

Brace’s 2^nd bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree

• Failed to take any action on client’s case
• Willfully abandoned client

As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Georgia Supreme Court punished Joey by gifting him with a complimentary 1-year suspension of his law license.
